Yes, and no! Parts of the jets exist in my legs, but the boots are external devices to enhance them. I can take them off if I want to. I also have control of a specific weapon I can bring them out in your lab, but we'll have to go to the Training Grounds for me to demonstrate them.
Yes, I can shoot lasers! However, I am much more interested in non-combat technologies. I was already built to be combat ready, it's everything else that had to wait until later.

There's an open suitcase in the corner with his clothes in it. There are several small robots wandering around the lab, with the biggest and oldest one being a round chicken with a bowtie. It's sitting next to his laptop with research on taste and the human tongue already opened on it. When the pair walk in, a couple of the robots wander over to Penny curiously. Rui gestures over to a blue couch, before going and collecting some tools.
He's a little nervous about working on a sentient robot he didn't create himself, but the excitement is winning out by far.]

Yes, my sense of touch is very well-tuned. It's not perfect, it doesn't give me heat data as anything except raw numbers, but it exists. Without a sense of touch, a person would actually end up getting hurt quite often, so it was deemed as essential.
I don't have any smell sensors, but I do know that smell connects to taste, so even if I did have a smell sensor I would be okay with reworking the system if necessary.
